Exclusive Finisher Medals: Be Among the First 150

• The first 150 registered participants will receive the coveted finisher medal at the end of each Fun Run.
•  your medal the collection by acquiring all 5 individual medals from the 5k Fun Runs.

Priority Check-In & Bracelets

• Priority Access: The initial 150 registered participants must check-in between 7:30am-7:45am at the starting location to receive a special bracelet for the finish line medal.

Access Details for Participants

• Participants without DOD ID cards must be sponsored by an authorized MWR member for installation access.

Inclusive Course Options

• Run, walk, or scooter (non-motorized) on the 5k course.  Please note, bikes are not permitted.
• Additionally, strollers are welcome on 5k runs ensuring a fun experience for all.

Pet-Friendly Run: Leashed Pets Allowed

• Leashed pets are permitted on the property, but kindly refrain from bringing them into MWR buildings.

Effortless Online Registration

• Registering online via Webtrac is mandatory to participate in the 5k Fun Run Series, as on-site registration isn’t available.
• Registering multiple runners must be done under one name.
• Registration closes at 5 pm on the Wednesday before each Saturday’s 5k Fun Run.

Medal Award Ceremony

• The first 150 registered participants with issued bracelets will be awarded a medal at the finish line.
• While medals are limited, to the initial 150 registrants, still join the run and enjoy refreshments.
