DESCRIPTION:July 4\, 2026 | 1:00 PM  4:00 PMGalesville Heritage Museum988 Main Street Galesville\, MD\, 20765 \nJoin the celebration of America’s 250th and the 30-year parade tradition in Galesville! \nAll are invited to attend for free. \nFor watching comfort\, bring towels or chairs to sit on. \nLocation & Route\nStaging will begin at 12:30 PM on Lerch Creek Drive and Anchors Way. The Parade route will be 1.2 miles beginning on Main Street at Anchors Way\, continuing along Galesville Road\, Main Street\, E. Benning Road\, W. Benning Road\, and returning to Anchors Way. \nRoad Closure\nRoads close around 12:45 PM and will remain closed for about an hour. Plan ahead for travel and parking. \nParticipation\nShow off your patriotic spirit by decorating your bike\, car\, tractor\, dog\, or just come to enjoy the parade. \nTips\nArrive early to enjoy the full event.
