Join the celebration of America’s 250th and the 30-year parade tradition in Galesville!
All are invited to attend for free.
For watching comfort, bring towels or chairs to sit on.
Location & Route
Staging will begin at 12:30 PM on Lerch Creek Drive and Anchors Way. The Parade route will be 1.2 miles beginning on Main Street at Anchors Way, continuing along Galesville Road, Main Street, E. Benning Road, W. Benning Road, and returning to Anchors Way.
Road Closure
Roads close around 12:45 PM and will remain closed for about an hour. Plan ahead for travel and parking.
Participation
Show off your patriotic spirit by decorating your bike, car, tractor, dog, or just come to enjoy the parade.
Tips
Arrive early to enjoy the full event. Please check parade guidelines if you want to participate.
