Howard County Child Care Fair. Sunday, January 28, 2024. Set to take place from 10:00am to 1:00pm.at the North Laurel Community Center. This annual fair provides parents, guardians and grandparents with a “one stop shop” options.  Providing access to child care, preschool, school-age and summer programs.  As well as the opportunity to connect with teachers and program directors. 

How to Choose an Early Childhood Program

Throughout the day, Howard County Office of Children and Families staff will be holding free informational sessions. During the sessions, participants will learn how to find quality child care that meets their family’s needs, is convenient, affordable, healthy and safe.

Virtual Workshop: Selecting High Quality Child Care
