Join us for a special outdoor screening of Hamilton as part of the celebration of America 250. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of music, history, and community in the heart of Annapolis.
Before the film, enjoy a live pre-show performance by the brass quintet of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Presented with support from the Annapolis Police Department and St. John’s College, the event takes place steps away from some of Annapolis’ most historic landmarks — near the monument honoring the French soldiers who fought and died during the Revolutionary War, across from where the Marquis de Lafayette was known to dance, and a short walk from where George Washington resigned his commission. There is no better setting to celebrate the story of America and the ideals that shaped its founding.
Come early, settle in on the lawn, and experience one of the most celebrated musicals of our time under the summer sky as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States.
Movie snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol is not permitted on campus.
Parking is available in nearby public garages and street parking throughout downtown Annapolis. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as parking may be limited due to holiday weekend activity and America 250 events. Limited accessible parking will be available on campus. Ride-sharing and walking from downtown parking areas are encouraged.
In the event of inclement weather, the screening will be canceled.
