REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a veteran (male/female) for residential housing
• Must be homeless
• Notification to parole/probation officer prior to acceptance
WHAT TO BRING
On the day of intake, please bring with you:
• 30 day supply of medication if prescribed by a doctor ( non-narcotic ONLY)
• Proof of veteran status (DD-214 if available)
• Any hygiene items or clothing items if available
