With mental health involving your emotional and social well-being, the event is designed to promote holistic health and wellness awareness. Learn about how to better your mental health. Fun activities families can participate in together during the wellness day will be announced soon.
Mental Health Awareness Symposium
APG Mental Health Awareness Symposium is held every May in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month. The symposium consists of APG senior leader and community engagement in the bolstering of mental health resources, tools, and information for the enhancement of mental wellbeing throughout the workplace and overall APG community.

Mission:
To strengthen the overall fitness and effectiveness of the Army’s total workforce and to enhance the mission readiness of the Soldiers. The ASAP will support the Army’s individual and unit readiness by providing alcohol and other drug abuse deterrence through alcohol and drug testing, prevention, rehabilitation, program evaluation and research. APG ASAP consists of four main areas: drug testing program; employee assistance programs and prevention services.
